1. Retail Industry Fundamentals Specialist Retail Industry Fundamentals training, students will develop basic employability and workplace skills, including:

● Identifying the economic impact of the retail industry.

● Recognizing the retail cycle; Developing basic customer service and math skills to conduct sales transactions.

● Learning technology tools used in retail; Practicing interview skills.

 

2. Customer Service & Sales Certified Specialist Customer Service and Sales training, learners of all ages master fundamental employability and workplace skills, including:

● Understanding the customer life cycle

● Developing effective strategies to engage customers

● Assessing customer needs and closing sales

● Reading customer body language

● Increasing customer satisfaction and retention

● Problem-solving and working in teams

3. Supply Chain, Inventory & Logistics Supply Chain, Inventory, and Logistics training, people from all backgrounds to understand fundamental employability and workplace skills, including:
